Nov 19 2022 Staff are lazy, happy to just sit at tables on mobile phones and ignore residents who are asking for the bathroom. No activities done with residents. The home is out dated and needs decorating carpet in bedroom is taped down instead of being replaced the conservatory room leaks rely bad when it rains and there are buckets on the poor in lounge area to catch the rain that comes in
