Jan 14 2022 Been in respite care since before Christmas. I am less than happy with the length of time I have to wait for change of pads despite having a very sore bottom am often being told I have wait which has often been in hours.I realise staffing due to coronavirus is often an issue but that is not helping my sore bottom . Some members of staff less than helpful
