I had an appt time of 2.10pm - I left at 3.50pm. Ridiculous. I was left waiting and called back in then left to wait again then back in again due to errors and left waiting again. What a palarva. I wont be bothering to wait 10 days for my glasses. Ive been other places and waited 7 days max. What a total waste of my time. (Extra 5 mins time added as I was there 5 mins early!) |

Having had an appointment cancelled without being informed until I arrived in store a week earlier, I foolishly rebooked for today. I was just leaving my house when I received a call to advise they would have to cancel again as the Optician had not turned up once more. So 2 weeks down the line I still have not had my eyes tested and could have been seen and be with new glasses if I had gone somewhere that cared about their customers and was more reliable. Any other optician would have been preferable. I even left a review the first time it happened and have never received any contact from Tesco Optician at Kingston Milton Keynes to apologise or explain their poor lack of customer service. I will not be rebooking ! |

My wife had a accident with her glasses and badley scratched her lenses so need to get them sorted, I tryed to get a appointment posable you emergency but have been told that it's over a month wait just to get a eye tear that's still with out glasses? What service is this when thay say next day appointments
Some one from the top needs to look at this conveyance, and change it into a service? |
