Jul 14 2018 The optometrist was very thorough and meticulously performed my eye test to make sure the change suggested would indeed help in better vision. During the test he noted a plastic particle embedded in my eye which subsequently had tissue grown over it. Removal of such particle usually requires intervention from the eye hospital. However, with my consent he managed to probe this with tweezers and wash it off with a jet of saline solution saving me to go to the eye hospital. Lastly, the suggestions on the type of lenses has definitely helped me with getting better visual acuity and also made driving a lot more comfortable for me. In a nut shell, I can't fault the service and have since then recommended friends and family.

Feb 26 2018 Visited February because I had series of headaches and some deterioration in focus between eyes. Was told I was not entitled to a test until October, the second anniversary of last test. Previously, the optician, now retired, had tested my vision on request without charge. New optician took cursory look at my retina and told me to come back in October. On Friday, I stopped off at Specsavers where they gave me a free test at short notice, issued a new prescription and referred me to hospital because of some bleeding bon my retina

We have always received first class service in every respect. This extends to the staff who are friendly and always willing to help, one cannot speak higher of the entire team.
