Boots Pharmacy - we visited them on Sun 1/11 at Cribbs Causeway about 12:30 my mother went for some advice - which they advised her to go to the Dr. This was fine but they were rude and abrupt (considering you are advised they can help or sign post you) and what they didn't know was I was watching them and they were laughing at my mother as she walk away - their customer service skill and care have a long way to go and perhaps they should be a bit more professional. Perhaps Mike Grimsby should review how professional those two female staff are that were,working on Sunday.
