Initially I was seen by a different person, not my usual optician, and they said the prescription had changed, but the spectacles were awful. After over a month I was seen by my usual optician who agreed the prescription was wrong, the glass was too heavy so I needed a completely new pair. Now I can't read text on a computer screen or in a book unless I hold the spectacles up off the bridge of my nose. So over £300 wasted. Never again will I use this optician.

Went to this optician as was in the area doing my weekly Asda shop and needed an eye test as had a few issues with my vision recently. The service I received was absolutely appalling! was not even greeted as I came in to have some employee grunt at me and ask what I wanted in such a rude manner. Instantly just walked out after that noticing that the place wasn't very clean as it was too with rubbish bins overflowing and the interior looking incredibly dated. so will not be returning
