    this practice was very unhelpfully regarding documentary evidence of my receiving Pension Credit despite documentary evidence of this being presented,and phone call to DWP think reception staff need retraining on how benefit system works.How to deal more tactfully with people They should state what documents they want to see learn to be better mannered towards more elderly patients
