Appalling service and poor quality. The glasses that were supposedly ready for collection had not been checked. They had not been polished and finished correctly and the lenses did not fit the frames. This opticians can not offer the personal service or customer satisfaction that came as standard with Dolland and Aitchison where nothing was too much trouble. Even the choice of frames is severely limited. The final insult is the inability to contact the branch directly but having to fight one's way through an automated switchboard to learn not a lot.
