Terrible service 2 years on trot wrong advice In fact no advice or help on frames suitable for high prescription and nobody in that shop can give a straight answer on pricing ! I’m appalled especially because these glasses are high prescription for 5 year old very upset will be taking my custom else were !! |

My experience at this branch of Specsavers was somewhat tainted by the rude treatment of a handful of staff who seemed to find it acceptable to laugh and smirk at myself and my elderly mother as we were walking out of the store after having just spent nearly £14.000 on hearing aids.
To qualify - we have no complaint as to the professionalism and courtesy of the audiometrist who dealt with us throughout - just a couple of very rude members of staff who subjected us to this totally unacceptable treatment.
I have no idea what prompted this display of rudeness from the staff, but it certainly hasn't done anything for business! We requested a total refund and to be fair, we got it.....but the damage has been done.....and thanks to a couple of silly shop staff, we will never darken SpecSavers' doors again.
Should have gone to Spec Savers?? Should have gone somewhere else! |

Husband took his glasses in for a minor repair, in the process of which further damage was done to the frames. I cannot praise the professionalism of the management highly enough. There was no quibbling about who had caused the damage, no attempt to disclaim responsibility. They took full responsibility & effected an immediate repair. Brilliant, polite service. |
