Worst customer service I've ever experienced, took my mum for a eye check , she needed distance and reading glasses , ordered them , when we picked them up , they had someone else's prescription in them ??? Took them back , ordered more , went to pick them up again . Wrong again ? Wasn't even the frames mum ordered , how they are running a business is beyond me . The men are rude either on there phones or out the back , where you can hear them talk about computer games , would never use this opticians again !!!!!. They don't phone you back when they say they will. Totally unprofessional!!!!!.
