I ordered new sunglasses and was advised that they would be ready for my collection in a week. More than two weeks later and I still wait.
The optician didn't have the professional courtesy to answer my request for a delivery date but simply ignored all emails and even in person they refused to give any date simply saying we will email you or call when they are ready.
The optician's assistant is very rude and their price calculations leave you with a sense of confusion. I felt anxious that I was not getting what I paid for and definitely not the service I hoped for having paid everything up front.
Other customers seem to have had the good sense to only pay half up front and the balance when their glasses are actually ready.
I will not shop here again. |

Terribly erratic and puzzling yo-yo behaviour of the optical dispenser from a customer service perspective.
Service is lackadaisical and distracted, even when carrying out sight tests.
Be very careful that if you order frames and lenses, this optician will refuse to accept a cancellation even when they haven't actually carried out any work. The frame was not even received into stock from the supplier and yet University Vision refused to accept any cancellation.
I will definitely not be giving any repeat custom. |

Went for eye test and contact lens fitting, despite a wait the optometrist was very helpful in making sure I got the right prescription and contact lens for comfort. Would recommend |
