Sep 6 2014 I changed to here from Asda a few years ago, I have always found them polite and well organised, helping me to choose what suited me and not pushing as I always takke my time, Asdas gave me glasses that made me feel like I was blind, these soon rectified this and now I use them all the time

Apr 14 2014 The staff are absolutely rude and the customer service is horrendous. This made me leave this place and join opticians in bow, were the customer service is much better and the staff are friendly and polite unlike the staff at this particular place. However there is a slight change in the staff behaviour when the manger is around the staff act a little more polite and interested in helping.
