The optician was nice, upon ordering my glasses I was not informed of any coatings and my £10 voucher dismissed against NHS voucher, tried to contact before glasses collection about a anti glare and was told the following day it was to late. Upon collection I asked again about anti glare and they did not want to know and I was told it could not be done. The only one star Possitive is after sending an email to head office I received a ten pound cheque for there extra offer. So I was lied to by Blandford branch twice, and left with a pair of glasses I find difficult to ware. Would I go again No.
