Sep 27 2017 I lost my glasses and needed a pair of varifocals ASAP.. JSR dud eye test and after sorting a reasonable price and being told they would be ready in 4 working days, I paid £270 in full and was yold Monday or Tuesday they'd be ready. On Tuesday I called to see if they were ready only to be told it will take 15 days. I will make a complaint Trading Standards
