Unprofessional Optician who doesn't know how to fill in forms to DVLA!!! I personally do not recommend this place. I booked an appointment over a month ago to see and optician for him to fill in forms for DVLA as I was applying for my C & C1 provisional license. He has filled in my forms INCORRECTLY. He was trying to EXPLAIN is so he made a mistake and ticked a wrong box what resulted in my higher categories of driving license D&D1 being revoked!!! He did not even apologise!!!! Now it takes ages to sort it out with DVLA and gain my license back! I will be making formal complain to GOC as I am loosing my income and I am unable to use my license and do my work. I will also be claiming for loose of income and stress caused by this place.

This branch never ever answer the phone .constantly cut the calls off and are ridiculous with their still operating covid restrictions .keeping people out on the street for hours at a time despite having an app .terrible rude staff .not a good word to say I'm afraid .

Think twice, recently had an appointment and had a glass but it was a waste of time, money, and energy. The prescribed Glass is not fit for the purpose, taken another appointment and explained what is wrong with it, the Optician detected/identified the problem but they asked me to take a new appointment with the full payment for an appointment and pay for the New Glasses why should I pay for the appointment and glass as this is their mistake, they have prescribed wrongly in the 1st place and given me a wrong prescription with the wrong glass! is it worth taking another paid appointment and paying for the glasses?
