I came into the Opticians for my usual eye test , which resulted in me needing another type of glasses and and a new prescription. As I have a small face the selection of glasses looked fairly limiting at first glance. A few days passed and I phoned them. I spoke to a really helpful member of staff. I arranged to go into the store when this member of staff was there for some help and advice. The member of staff was extremely knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. I got sorted out without any pressure , it made the whole experience so much easier. This member of staff is a major asset to the Optical team and I shall ask for them again.

I came in earlier in June as I had probs with dry eyes …. I had a new prescription given to me and I was delighted by racheal by her calmness , happy to find the right frames for me …. I am so so super happy as I picked them up today , nothing was too much trouble , so thankyou racheal !
