    I am an NHS worker with damaged glasses and this morning Mrs Heron opened the shop just for me so that my glasses could be mended before I start work at 0830hrs. I couldn't thank them enough for supporting the NHS, keyworkers and anyone with an emergency.

    This is the kind of consumer experience us older folk remember from days gone by. A lovely calm caring atmosphere with not a hint of Fake "have a nice day". These people enjoy what they do and it shines through. Thoroughly recommended.
