I have been attending G T Harvey and Partners Ltd for almost 30 years. Nothing to complain about at all and cannot stress how much confidence I have in placing my eye care, and that of my family, in this service.

This practice was recommended to me when I moved from Lancashire after the removal of a malignant melanoma on my right retina. I was anxious to have reassurance about this and was immediately impressed by the up-to-date equipment the optician and his partners were using, and his attitude to my aftercare. I have not been disappointed. I have had regular examinations and have recently been recommended to have cataracts removed from both eyes. These have been very successful and I am now going through the process of adjustment to new spectacles - with help from the practice at every step of the way. Visits to the practice are always a pleasure, as the optician's staff are well trained and always make visitors very welcome. There is an warm atmosphere, all staff are efficient and you rarely experience much delay. With the increasing pressure on NHS out patient clinics it is very reassuring to be able to visit an optomotrist who is so well equipped and offers such a personal and valuable service. He and his partners deserve all our thanks.

My wife and I have been patients of G. T. Harvey and Partners since moving to Newcastle ten years ago. We have always found their customer service, care and professionalism outstanding. The practice has recently been particularly helpful in working with us on a medical issue which has also involved the NHS. It is forward thinking and keeps abreast of current technology and knowledge. We are pleased that a younger member of the family has recently joined the staff, and shows the same high level of skills and commitment. We would not hesitate to recommend this practice to our friends and acquaintances.
