Very friendly environment staff give you the confidence that they know what they are doing. Give options in an open way. No pressure to buy after eye test.

Having been given short shrift from the opticians from opposite Waitrose. We wanted our glasses tightened but the receptionist was very off putting. We went to caversham eye care. They welcomed us in with all our 5 grandchildren. We had our glasses tightened and they put a new screw in as well, no charge. So we made appointments for an eye test within a week. The service I could not fault at all and so invited my daughter to go there. We have also got appts for our husbands and now our 3 yr old grandson needs an appointment and guess where he will go too.

I visited Caversham Eyecare today and was greeted quickly and in a very friendly manner .The examination was excellent and likewise the help i received when selecting the spectacles was first class. i am amazed by the negative comments made about this opticians
