After being told I needed a pair of glasses, I was shown 3 pairs, 2 of which were ridiculously expensive (well over £100). All the glasses looked identical, and despite not liking the glasses, I was given no other choices. After getting the glasses and deciding I could not bear to wear them, I asked for a refund, which was refused. I then asked for my prescription, which they were reluctant to give me. After informing them that they have to give me a copy of my prescription, they eventually posted it to me.
