Feb 26 2017 I found the staff polite, pleasant and helpful, I received my new spectacles within a week. I was not encouraged to buy something I did not need.

Opted for the Cath Kidston frames and am so pleased I did as they are lovely. Would recommend for people who like personal service and pleasant surroundings.
