I found the whole experience to be excellent. The staff there where extremely friendly and helpful. I am in my 40 s and had 2 negative experience from the options upstairs in the concourse which put me off going altogether. However I thought I'd try my luck at the eye centre. For the first time ever I can see clearly ! There was no pushy sales assistant trying to palm me off with any glasses they put their hands on. I had chance to just take my time and look. I very pleased with my specs thanks to them. The staff where extremely helpful. I will most certainly recommend them.

Although this shop has had negative feedback I must only give them praise , friendly front of shop staff , and properly performd eye examination done the way it should be without the need for machines excellent service thank you so much
