Me, my mother and my grandmother all go to I J Brown, they have a wide variety of glasses and the level of accuracy is impeccable. They are always polite and friendly and you feel welcome there. You feel like you are getting the best treatment available, if you can not find the frame you want, they go and look in the spares to see if anything meets your tastes. When you get your glasses they make sure that the fit perfectly and that you are comfortable with them. I would thoroughly recommend them. |

My child needed a new prescription. We were told it would take7 days for them to come. When I rang 12 days later to asl if they were in the person who answered was qiite rude. They said "Lile I told you it will take 7 days." I reminded them again that we had now waited 12 days. They now tell me ot could tale even longer!
Unfortunately my son's glasses brole today so he sensibly took upon himself to go into IJ Browns. With his broken glasses which he has to wear all the time. He was rudely told again I have already spoken to your Mum. There was no offer of assistance and as they know he has to wear glasses all of the time. There was no offer of trying to temporarily fix them while waiting for his already delyed glasses. They know he meeds a replacement pair as he has grown. At the momemt he has mo glasses to see and experiencing headaches. Very unhelpful. |
