Excellent optician, we used to see him in Torquay and now travel to Bovey Tracey. Excellent service, always goes the extra mile to ensure the customer's needs are met, options are discussed, never rushed. Very professional and thorough.

At my appointment yesterday the optician checked my vision and eye health, discussed and explained my options. The optician allows ample time for an appointment and provides opportunity throughout for me to discuss any issues I might have. Last year sent my glasses for repair under guarantee (I had bought them elsewhere before I moved here) and this year is repairing my partner's glasses. The optician is very keen to provide a service tailored to the customer. Feel very lucky to have someone this good so local.

I really can't recommend the optician highly enough, they are everything an optician should be : extremely thorough and professional and never tries to "sell" you expensive unnecessary extras - unlike most opticians I saw in London. The care and time that the optician has taken to get me fitted with the right contact lenses - even though they are only for occasional use - has been exemplary. Worth travelling miles to consult.
