Jul 6 2017 I visited the opticians at 12.30 on 6th July with the intention of ordering a new frame for my prescription sunglasses. A new member of staff listened carefully to my request and helpfully showed me some frames. I was then shown to a desk to wait, and wait and wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 20 mins later I had to leave as I had other things to do. I was totally abandoned - not acceptable
