Despite being a customer for many years, the moment that I truly needed assistance, it was found truly lacking. Unfortunately, I managed to break my frames and urgently needed a solution as they are my only glasses and are required for work, driving etc. I was informed that there were no appointments available for almost a month and despite the urgency of the matter the only advice was to seek another optician! Not really what one expects from an optician when faced with this scenario and having sent an enquiring email over a week ago, I am still waiting for a reply. Very disappointing!
