I went there because I was looking for an independent rather than a high street chain. I chose Mullens because, every time I passed by, it always looked busy. I got an appointment for the very next day, a Saturday - very convenient. I was really pleased with the efficient and professional way I was dealt with. Am pleased with the optician there as they picked up something about my eye that my previous optician hadn't, for which I now have a referral from my doctor to the Countess of Chester. Would definitely recommend Mullens, and have done.
