My son had forgotton to take his contact lenses out the night before and was worried as he could feel them but couldn't see them. As we live close by we decided to call in and ask for advice. My son wasn't sure if it was the walk in centre he should go to or go back to the opticians who supplied his contact lenses (who are in Blackpool close to where he works) We explained all of this to the optician and their assistant. Their only words to us were if i go sticking my fingers in his eyes you might sue me , go to whoever supplied them they then opened the door and with that we left. We were speechless We got in the car and just looked at each other in shock. We couldn't believe how rude and unhelpful they had been. We would not recommend you take your custom here. If we had received polite helpful service then my son may have considered going here for future eye tests etc.. They have lost a potential future customer. Avoid!!!!!!
