Thank you Mr Serg for your attention to detail when you tested my eyes last week. You made time to talk about issues that had affected my eyes in the past and reassured me that all was well and the issue would not return. Following on from my eyes, I then saw a lovely lady regarding my hearing, who fitted me with two hearing aids. However, my ears became worse than they were before the test so I called in today to see if there was still wax on my eardrum. Unfortunately, the person I saw was very rude and was on a different wave length to me as were talking about two different issues. My own hearing was my concern, with her concentrating more on my clearing wax out of my hearing aid. This was not my issue. I resent very much discussing this outside the room, where everybody could hear what was said, with her getting more frustrated with me because I did not agree with what she was saying. I don't know if it is age related but I resent very much being spoken too like that and have to inform you that it is not acceptable for private matters to be discussed with everybody listening and with raised voices. I am still furious as I am not used to being spoken too as if I am a doddering old woman that doesn't no what she is talking about. I was correct, I did still have wax in my left ear which affected my hearing with or without the aid.
