I booked an appointment and when I arrived I asked if they could get certain glasses out for me to try after my test. When my test was completed all the glasses were there ready for me. They took photographs to see if I was happy with my choice and let me ask other people their opinion. Really delighted with the selection. Also they listened to how I wish to use the spectacles. Eg reading and computer work and driving. When I collected my glasses they took extreme care when fitting my spectacles and the Halo lenses are fabulous. This was all at the Dereham branch. Thank you for the exceptional service
