By: Anonymous Rating:.. Sep 8 2019 I have no issue with the practitioners who work at the Wootton Bassett practise. They appear to be knowledgeable and conscientious. The administration staff are a completely different matter. I am reaching the end of my tether with their ongoing "gaffs", which range from quoting wrong prices when ordering lenses, to receiving the wrong information by text or receiving none at all because they assumed it was not required. I could go on...deal with them at your peril.
