I went to this optician and had a terrible experience with them. After having waited for over one and a half hours I was getting annoyed and decided to cancel my appoinment. About 1 minute after cancelling my appointment ( I hadn't even left the optician) I asked the management if I could still see the optician as I had already waiting so long and they said no. Their reason was that there were other people waiting. Patients whose appointments had been after mine. This is not a criticism of the optician who works there, just of their poor management and rude staff.
