I was given glasses that give me a headache, I was told to come back in 10 days, 3 attempts to see someone, still no joy. |

They must not know what customer service means... Arrived at closing time (but not after) to collect lenses having travelled from North Finchley, they refused to open their already locked door to even speak to me, even though it was meant to be open. Any shop with a sense of decency would have at least thought to find out what my query was. Instead they had at least 6 staff just sitting round a table in the back chilling!
Will be going elsewhere from now on... |

I have been a loyal customer of Specsavers for over 8 years now. In June 2016 went to the Specsavers at Wembley. to have a pair of my glasses repaired. I had purchased them just over 2 years ago and one of the bifocal lenses had fallen out. I asked to have it repaired. But a member of staff thwarted all my pleas, stating that due to the fact that the purchase was just over 2 years old, my only choice was to buy a new pair. I am a pensioner. Bifocal spectacles are expensive. This person was so rude. They lacked empathy and professionalism. I was so frustrated with their attitude that I left my glasses on the counter and walked out. To date, they have not contacted me in anyway to try and resolve the matter. I therefore believe that Specsavers in Wembley have no regard for their loyal customers and they lack professionalism and common courtesy. I am currently in the process of making a formal complaint against them. |
