Oct 11 2017 I attended for my booked appointment on time. After being told to have a seat and waiting, I was told that my appointment had been cancelled and would I rebook. I feel that an attempt should have been made to contact me to tell me before I left for the appointment, which was not done. I would have also liked an apology, but this was not forthcoming and extremely rude. I will be going elsewhere

Nov 30 2016 Have been visiting this optician for thirty years and have always received the best care and service. Would highly recommend this optician.

They explain to you thoroughly what is happening to your eyes, really take their time and doesn't try to give you or sell you anything you don't need. I have been going there for some years now and my mother and uncle also attend. I highly, highly recommend this optician. They definitely care about their work - and your eyes.
