I had gone to the INVERNESS branch of boots . I had a updated prescription and all I had wanted was advice on new frames etc , 3 members of staff ignored me I had to approach them ( no other customers in shop ) when I had the girls attention and explain I would like advice and help to pick my frames , she was totally uninterested and just told me I can get thinner lens for £60 on to of the frame price ( still needed to pick frame ) I think she was on commission! Had my eyes tested on 23rd July 2019 optician very through, then very patient young man helped me pick out some frames, I was told they would be ready to pick up on 1st August and appointment was made to pick up, caught the train into Boots in Brighton arrived at Boots to be told they where not in, to date I have not heard a thing from Boots and am seriously considering asking for refund , I have already paid nearly £500 and Boots optician do not seem to be in any hurry to deliver the goods ? Extremely helpful at Boots Opticians The Springs Leeds store
I visited Boots Opticians and found the whole process to be stress free. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly and The equipment in the new store was second to none. I found Them all very helpful and knowledgeable on the range of glasses I could choose from. I was very apprehensive at first as I have never had to wear glasses but I wasn’t rushed into choosing anything and was welcomed back a few weeks later to go through the glasses again. I eventually with their help chose two pairs of glasses. Their suggestions and guidance helped immensely and I now where my new glasses with confidence. well done to the whole boots team. I highly recommend your staff. |
