Assistant called three separate times to confirm, received a call saying the doctor was running late, has to reschedule. When the assistant called, I asked how much the copay was, and he said 30 quid. Never once did he mention that it was cash only. I showed up for my rescheduled appointment, was told to pay, handed them my card, and was told they only accept cash. I now need to find another eye doctor. This whole experience was utterly irresponsible. Go somewhere else.
