May 16 2013 2020 Optical Store has gone into Administration. I wouldn’t purchase anything from this store as they haven’t given me a refund as well as not receiving my frames a total of £445.00 :(

Apr 3 2013 Excellent collection, friendly and professional staff. I didn't know which frame would have suit my face and the staff helped me to find the perfect one. I very advise everyone to go there.

Jun 22 2013 We were customers of 2020 and when we went to pick up our lenses we found the building empty. Today we received a letter from 2020 stating that they had sold their business to Vision Express. We have cancelled our direct debit and will not be using Vision Express as they are expensive.
