Incompetent, patronising and downright awful. They also fail to keep proper records then try to blame the customer for their own mistakes. Avoid like the plague. |

Avoid and go to an optician shop that really cares If you need a shop that is open more than twice a week look elsewhere I was asked to take off my mask three times despite having vulnerable family Several scenarios of bad unprofessional behaviour experienced by owner (We checked prior to submitting this) His bad attitude made us very uncomfortable and we have several unresolved issues My family members also needed help and it was not received they will submit their own reviews We have reported our experience to the right bodies as complaining didn't get us anywhere directly however this showed us they do not care one bit about eyes or their customers |

small range of non-designer glasses and staff who couldn't answer questions without giving irrelevant info 'first' put me off ~ i'd say they were not "down to earth" enough to respect the fact that people who have learning needs are just as entitled to considerate treatment as everyone else...
If i did get glasses from there and something went wrong with them, i definately wouldn't trust the staff to deal with me (/that situation) well. |
