Aug 30 2015 After three weeks glasses were finally ready. Unfortunately the lenses were wrong and had to go back. It's now five weeks and I'm still waiting. Going to contact Citizens Advice and ask what my rights are e.g. can I get my deposit (£200+) back and cancel. Never again will I use this optician

Aug 11 2015 Ordered new glasses with a maximum 14 day order time - it's now more than three weeks with no contact or explanation for delay. Unfortunately I naively paid a large deposit so I suppose I just have to wait until Finlays deign to supply my glasses. I will certainly not return to them once (if) I get my glasses.
