I am having constant problems with this opticians. They frequently perscribe too strong glasses. This causes a lot of problems. Last time I had to go to another opticians to get the correct glasses sorted out. Although I have tried to speak to the branch about the problems I am met with aggressive and dismissive remarks. Although after contacting Boots Customer Service several times I did gain an acceptable solution, it was unpleasant to find myself in this situation. It appears to have happened again this time.
