    I could have asked for a more caring and competent optician. This man deserves 11 marks out of ten - a credit to the NHS

    I've recently had cataracts removed after excellent advice from the optician at Eyecatchers. I must say, in all my years of needing glasses (I am 74 years old and have needed glasses all of my life), this is the best optician I have ever had. Forget Vision Express - a load of duffers in my opinion. Every time you go there's someone new - no continuity. This man at Eyecatchers in Harrogate is superb.
