Jun 12 2019 Ordered lenses at Bournemouth shop Tuesday 11 June 2019 not given price till leaving shop. Went to Bournemouth store to cancel order due to unsatisfactory price, told I couldn't cancel or get my spectacles back until Friday 14 June and should come back then when manager would be in store. I hope that this will be the case as classiceyes have my spectacles which I need to see.

Patient successfully contacted us via Facebook messenger. Px initially cancelled order with full refund given then came back and re-ordered. Patient has now collected lenses and indicated that he is satisfied. Complex lenses take more than a few days to manufacture - we apologise if we did not convey this fact clearly enough. Please note that we constantly monitor our email and our telephone line (although busy at times) will always be answered.Classic Eyes Ltd
