Jul 2 2022 Samuel at Specsavers in Poole was so helpful today. My frames were twisted and a nose pad was missing and he repaired both and cleaned my glasses too. Have always recommended Specsavers to friends, nothing is ever too much trouble.

Feb 19 2021 Appointment to have ear wax removed. No improvement in hearing or discomfort afterwards. Thinking the earwax had been removed I visited my GP due to the discomfort and lack of hearing only to be told that both ears were still full of wax. Unable to get a second urgent appointment at Specsavers I went elsewhere. Two days and one appointment later I have my hearing back. Poor treatment and customer service from Specsavers. Never again.
