Very professional service. Always polite, friendly and welcoming. The optician who does the sight checks takes the time to ensure my children understand the test and it is as accurate as it can be. The contact lens checks are thorough and professional. The practice building is not as shiny and sleek as some of the more well known high street chain practices but we are always reassured we get high standard of care and service in the areas it matters most.

A really refreshing change from the usual high street impersonal optical retailers. This is a great opticians, with a lovely family feel to it. The optician put me at my ease, sorted my contact lenses and helped me pick out frames. All very supportive and genial throughout. The optician is something of an authority on contact lenses. I have been going to Bowden and Lowe since I was a child, and now my own son happily goes to say which is brighter (red or green) and then pick out his frames. A relaxing visit for all of us, and there's coffee on offer too.
