I made an appointment for 14.30 pm today 31/1/2022. I arrived at 14 . 25pm. I was greeted by a young man who asked me to take a seat and went off with the paperwork. After 1/2 hour I went to the desk to learn I had been forgotten and was asked to take a seat and I would be seen next!!!!! I had to be back at work at 4pm, I work for the NHS and run clinics myself, I hope I don’t treat people like your shop does. I left the shop and feel very disappointed with your staff. At the moment I won’t be returning. I now cannot keep my appointment with the eye clinic as iv not had my eye test.
