Nov 11 2017 Customer service on the main floor was great but the moment you go downstairs it's a completely different experience. Overall, my optician was had probably just left university and was clearly very inexperienced. The test was over in a jiffy and clearly didn't check my left eye properly - it was probably the quickest eye test I've done in 40 years by a significant margin!

Oct 16 2017 Be very careful about this branches. I booked with a specific optician and obviously that person was not available on the day of the test. The replacement optician rushed my eye test in 10 minutes despite having a complex prescription. Very very unprofessional service.
