I contacted the branch in order to chase another copy of a letter as the one we received was not eligible. The printer that they had been using was had streaks down the page and words were missing. It was obvious that the printer needed updating or cleaned. My request for a copy to be faxed or emailed was met with, "we don't have access to fax or email". I then said well put it in the post. Three weeks later no letter, I called again this morning and was told that the letter would be sent via PDF, this was 09:00 it is now 16:15 and the email has still not been sent.
Every letter received from this branch is printed in the same way, its astonishing how a professional company would not invest in a printer rather than send out letters in such a slap dash manner, its beyond belief.
This company needs to get their act together, poor service.

specsavers Brixton are not helpful. i now have glasses that are not right for me & the only thing i can do is get new glasses at my own expense. well i certainly won't be getting them here- nothing but problems. plus they are all for the hard sell! avoid. |
