I have been with this opticians from when i was a child due to needing specs from a young age..as i grew older i decided to get myself contact lenses..all was well for a while.. I am a professional driver by trade so need my lenses.. I get 3 months worth of lenses at a time.. I ordered lenses n had to wait an extra 3 weeks to get them because they forgot to order them for me..when threatened to go else where they used the guilt card of loyalty..now for the icing on the cake..I'm running out of lenses so go to the opticians to order some more..to only find that they are closed 'for refurbishment ' however no work is being done no one is in the building and so much for loyalty.. not even any form of contact to tell us that they are closing for refurbishment as they say.. never going back if they finally re open!
