I attended to make an eye test appointment, whilst there I asked 3 staff on shop floor whether sunglasses could be provided with bifocal lenses non were able to answer.
Despite using this store for years and rarely being seen on time, I turned up for my appointment between 3- 5 mins late maximum. I apologised and had ran to make the appointment arriving breathless. Despite the eye test clinic running late anyway I was told I couldn't be seen.
I confirmed the time of my appointment and checked the time with the receptionist and including check in and the conflab between staff as to whether I could be seen, I was 7 minutes beyond my appointed time before I left.
I will not use this store again and do not recommend it to others Original Comment Report...

Woman messed me about i've been without glasses for 2 weeks because fist she said I have to pay for them before my glasses come when I went in, then I sent someone in for me because I work with te money and then told to pay after in the space of 4 days, digusting! Original Comment Report...
