I visited Specsavers in Canterbury yesterday for my annual eye test. On entering the store I was immediately greeted by a friendly member of staff who checked me in for my appointment. Following the initial check-in paper work and fields test I was asked to take a seat and someone would call me when they were ready for me. While waiting the lady sat next to me commented and pointed a member of staff who apparently was very helpful when she last visited the store. Then after a few minutes that same member of staff approached me and apologised for the wait but I would be seen in 5 minutes. It was obvious to me that the member of staff was suffering a with a cold but despite this she was smiling and was extremely professional. After the eye test the same member of staff helped me choose my glasses and again was extremely caring and helpful. She was amazing.

I visited Canterbury branch yesterday to collect new glasses and report that I was experiencing blurred vision in one eye.They were very busy but arranged for me to see a specialist at the end of the day as they considered that the problem may need urgent attention.After a thorough examination a staff member diagnosed a build up on my cataract lens and reassured me that the problem was easily treatable and put the wheels in motion.This was an enormous relief to me and I am extremely grateful to all involved for their kindness and professionalism.Absolutely first class! I am a Specsavers fan for life.
